When can I start deploying? +
lookoom is in private early access while we finish hardening the platform. Join the waitlist and we'll invite you in waves — early members get in first and help shape what we build.
Is pricing really flat? +
Yes. Pro is planned at a flat $20 per workspace a month, with unlimited team members. Deploy as many apps and services as your workspace's included compute and storage fit — no build minutes, no surprise add-ons. Final pricing is confirmed at launch.
What counts against my plan? +
Your apps' compute footprint and database storage — the resources your workspace actually uses. If you outgrow Pro's included resources, Scale lifts them with dedicated pools.
Do you provide custom domains and SSL? +
Yes — fully automated TLS certificates via Let’s Encrypt are provisioned instantly for any custom domain attached to a project.
Are databases included? +
Managed Postgres (relational) and Valkey (key-value cache) are one click from any project. They run on the same private network as your services — no separate provider to wire up. The beta starts with these two engines; tell us what you need next.
How do instant rollbacks work? +
Every deploy is immutable. Rolling back simply repoints traffic to a previous deployment — no rebuild, live almost instantly.
Can I force EU data residency? +
Yes. Pro and Scale tiers allow strict regional pinning for both compute and storage to comply with GDPR.
How do team seats work? +
There are no seats. Pro is one flat price per workspace with unlimited members — your bill grows with the resources you use, not with your team size. Larger orgs get multiple workspaces, SSO, and audit logs on Scale.
Can I run lookoom on my own infrastructure? +
Today lookoom runs everything on our managed infrastructure. Bring-your-own-server and third-party resource integrations — so you can choose exactly where your apps and data live — are on the roadmap.
